The VP Operations will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics functions for the Phoenix hub, ensuring that our rapid expansion aligns with stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • / Design and implement standardized operational processes to support a 300% increase in throughput over the next 24 months.
  • / Direct oversight of a $50M+ annual operating budget and capital expenditure projects.
  • / Develop a high-performance culture across five distinct departments, including the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • / Negotiate and manage strategic vendor partnerships to optimize global supply chain resilience.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 15 years in senior operational leadership within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. A background in engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred, coupled with an MBA from a top-tier institution.

Local knowledge of the Phoenix industrial landscape and existing networks within Arizona economic development circles will be considered a significant advantage.
